I love dying my hair but I’m always looking for better products to use on my hair, I hate some of the cheap box dyes that you can get pretty much anywhere and most of the time they leave my hair feeling like straw! I recently tried this Naturtint hair dye and I have to say I’m impressed and I thought I should do a little review to say why and maybe convince you to buy it next time you dye your hair!

Here is a more detailed review of the product:
Ammonia-free:
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour Silver is ammonia-free, which means that it is less likely to damage your hair. Ammonia is a harsh chemical that is often used in hair dyes to help the dye penetrate the hair shaft. However, ammonia can also be drying and damaging to your hair. Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour Silver does not contain ammonia, so it is a more gentle option for your hair.
Natural plant and seed oils and extracts:
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour Silver contains natural plant and seed oils and extracts, such as olive oil, sunflower oil, and chamomile extract. These ingredients help to nourish and protect your hair while you are dyeing it. They also help to leave your hair looking healthy and shiny after you have dyed it. I also think this is why my hair doesn’t feel like stray the next day, I hate that!
Easy to use:
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colours are easy to use. It comes with clear instructions and all of the necessary supplies. All you need to do is mix the dye and developer, apply it to your hair, and wait for the recommended amount of time. Then, you can rinse the dye out and style your hair as usual. I would like to point out that it’s pretty much the same as most hair dyes so it’s straightforward with minimal hassle which I love!
Leaves hair looking healthy and shiny:
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour Silver leaves your hair looking healthy and shiny. The dye is very pigmented, so it covers grey hair well. It also does not contain any harsh chemicals that can damage your hair. I know people don’t like their grey hair so this is great for them, however, I use Naturtint to make my hair fun, I don’t mind going grey!
Long-lasting:
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour Silver is long-lasting. The dye will last for up to 8 weeks, depending on how often you wash your hair. This means that you will not have to dye your hair as often, which can save you time and money. If you’re a guy like me you probably won’t need to worry about it lasting 8 weeks or more because you’ll get your hair cut way before then!
Covers grey hair well:
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour covers grey hair well. The dye is very pigmented, so it can cover even the most stubborn grey hairs. It’s great for the roots or just the whole head if you want something new and not just a touch up!
Affordable:
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour is affordable. It is priced similarly to other permanent hair dyes on the market. It might be a little more expensive than the dyes you find in the pound shop but trust me, I don’t mind paying up for a dye that’s both ethical and also works well!
Vibrant colour:
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour Silver may not be as vibrant as some other hair dyes on the market. If you are looking for a very bright silver colour, this may not be the product for you. Personally, I love the red dye that they have on offer, they are bright and vibrant and hardly ever fade before my next haircut, I do love red hair though!
Overall, Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour Silver is a great product for those who want to embrace their grey hair. It is ammonia-free and contains natural plant and seed oils and extracts. The dye is easy to use and comes with clear instructions. It leaves hair looking healthy, shiny, and silver. That being said, if you’re one of the people who get an itchy and irritated scalp then you might want to do a patch test first as they say. If you have sensitive skin this might not be the best dye for you. Although, I do have very sensitive skin and have never had an issue with this dye before.
Does Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour have chemicals?
Yes, Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour does contain chemicals. However, it is important to note that all hair dyes contain chemicals. The key is to choose a hair dye that contains as few chemicals as possible and that is gentle on your hair and scalp. I don’t think there’s any hair dye out there that doesn’t contain chemicals, if they didn’t I doubt they’d work very well!
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour contains a number of natural ingredients, such as olive oil, sunflower oil, and chamomile extract. These ingredients help to nourish and protect your hair while you are dyeing it. They also help to leave your hair looking healthy and shiny after you have dyed it. This eco approach is one of the reasons why I love Naturtint so much.
However, Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour also contains a number of chemicals, such as hydrogen peroxide and ammonia. These chemicals help to open up the hair shaft so that the dye can penetrate the hair and deposit colour. Hydrogen peroxide is a bleaching agent that can damage your hair if it is not used properly. Ammonia is a harsh chemical that can also damage your hair.
It is important to use Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour according to the instructions on the package. If you are unsure about how to use the product, you should consult a hairstylist. You should also test the product on a small area of your hair before using it on your entire head. This will help you to determine if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the product. Although let’s face it, most of us will just stick this on our heads and see what happens, I do that and I’ve never had any issues with these dyes so that’s saying something!
Overall, Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour is a good choice for people who are looking for a hair dye that is gentle on their hair and scalp. However, it is important to be aware that the product does contain chemicals.
How long does Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour last?
Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour is a permanent hair dye, which means that it should last until your hair grows out. However, the exact amount of time that the colour will last will depend on a number of factors, including your hair type, the colour you choose, and how often you wash your hair.
In general, Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour can last for up to 8 weeks. However, if you have fine hair or if you wash your hair frequently, the colour may fade more quickly. If you have coarse hair or if you wash your hair less frequently, the colour may last longer.
If you want to extend the life of your Naturtint Permanent Hair Colour, you can do a few things. First, you can use a colour-treated shampoo and conditioner. These products will help to protect your hair colour and keep it looking vibrant. Second, you can avoid using hot styling tools, such as blow dryers and curling irons. These tools can damage your hair and cause the colour to fade more quickly. Finally, you can touch up your roots every few weeks. This will help to keep your colour looking fresh and natural.
